How do I update Mafia manually to know Witchess puzzles are solved?

My preferences and variables all reset randomly a week ago, I have been working on getting things back on track, but can't figure out how to make mafia know that I have solved the witchess puzzles. Maybe there is something out there addressing this, but I haven't been able to find anything so far apart from the variable that tracks whether you have used the buff or not.
 
The preference is "puzzleChampBonus". It needs to be set to 20 in order for the witchess command to grab the buff for you. KoLmafia will also set that preference for you if you look at the effect description of Puzzle Champ.
 
Thank you! I did it from cli and it worked:


> set puzzleChampBonus = 20

puzzleChampBonus => 20
Preference puzzleChampBonus changed from 5 to 20
