Bug - Fixed Groose Grease has no level requirement!

You read the thread title correctly.

In r10187 Groose Grease was given a level requirement of 4 like every other spleen item dropped by a familiar. That should be lowered to 1. I found it very surprising to eat my grease before I got to level 4. The mainstat gain of 20-30 is just amazing at low level.

Revision 10188. I wonder if this was an oversight, and we will have to change it back again, by and by.

Maybe... Like this it does seem almost too powerful. Even though the IotM cost 2 Mr. Accessories, this is some serious powercreep.
