Bug - Fixed Gift boxes are marked as "giftable"

I. E. bindles of joy, black velvet boxes and anniversary gift boxes return true for is_giftable() even though they cannot be redistributed once you receive them.

Is this an intentional feature, or an oversight?

Gift packages are listed in k-mail GUI

In the GUI for adding items to a k-mail, gift packages are listed, even though they can't actually be traded. The game calls them Gift Items, but they're really untradeables.
