Bug - Fixed getWorkshed() (and get_workshed()) fail explosively when you have no workshed

From the CLI:

> js getWorkshed()

Unexpected error, debug log printed.

> ash get_workshed()

()
Script execution aborted (java.lang.NullPointerException): ()
Returned: void

Debug log attached.

It appears to not be prepared for this possibility, and thus will not return $item[none].

Can reproduce this in Standard (Quantum Terrarium) with a Mayo Clinic (restricted in standard) installed.
