Bug - Fixed Frosty's frosty mug helper usage succeeds, but is detected as failure

Bug description: Go to Booze section in Item Manager. Enqueue a Frosty's frosty mug. Enqueue two booze items. Make sure you have enough cold resistance / HP to survive. Drink the booze. First consumption will succeed with the helper. Second one will fail, leaving the mug still in the queue but unusable. The only way out of this is to clear your booze queue and try again.

We had a bug where it did not remove drink helpers after you queue them. This was fixed in revision 17312: "When we use a queued drink helper, decrement the remaining queued count."

Therefore, if you WANT to use two frosty's mugs, you need to queue two of them. If you only queue one, it will be removed after being used, and it will not attempt t use one for your second drink.

So, if you really me what you said - "Enqueue a Frosty's frosty mug" - this cannot happen any more.
