fight.php override - action buttons and a little fight-related library

New options for fight_buttons:

maxSkills - maximum number of configurable skills, not counting always-present buttons (like Attack, Steal, Run Away). 1 to 11, default is 11.
autoLearnMode - "work like KoLmafia" mode. Add skills to buttons list when using a skill. Default is off.
useGeneratedNames - Autogenerate button captions. Shares algorithm with KoLmafia. Default is off.

Updated for new Pastamancer spells. Requires recent KoLmafia snapshot.

I've changed my mind ;-) This script is compatible with KoL's action bar, which can be used for items.

Added Llama lama gong support. Nothing special, just always display form-given skills and temporary hide unusable class skills when having Bird or Mole form.
