It's not NEW new content, but it was at some point, so I tagged it as such instead of as a bug.
Noticed when looking at the slope that the fleece vest doesn't 'officially' drop from anyone, but I know I've gotten them in the past. The wiki gives it at about a 5% conditional (on Torso Awareness) drop from the orcish snowboarder.
