New Content - Implemented eternal car battery

The eternal car battery is an item that when used will give 45-55 mp. The significance is that it can be used once per day, without using up the item.

It needs a preference to tell if it has been used today.

Huh? I tried both "prefref etern" and prefref batt" to find that and got nada! It's in default, so it should have... I have no idea how I missed it...
