In light of r9806, should this be changed from "Rejected" to "Implemented"?

I would say so. It is at least partly implemented but now it's up to you how you want to value your stuff. So on eof the possible uses of the implementation is definitely this, but the implementation is so much bigger

I'd probably leave it as rejected. 9806 doesn't mean you won't craft potions if you aren't a Sauceror, it just means that you have the capability of depreciating creation to where it won't happen unless it's cost effective. The FReq was to never do it, and it's still possible that it might do a single potion instead if the mall price happens to go up wildly or someone corners the market and 5th price is ludicrous...
