This sometimes occurs for me. It almost always happens when running EatDrink. It does not happen with all characters. Is it really as simple as "crimbo paste" instead of "Crimbo paste" in spleenhit.txt? I'm posting since I cannot reproduce consistently enough to test and would rather not make a speculative commit ;-)
