Bug - Fixed Correct /iotm.php link

the link should be

http://www.kingdomofloathing.com/iotm.php

instead of

http://127.0.0.1:60080/iotm.php

you don't have to be logged in to view this page.

The reason for this is that http://127.0.0.1:60080/iotm.php shows up as a blank page (with title). Looks like mafia strips off almost all of the html?
