Bug Consumption adventures not being granted after mayo use

Twice today I have used mayozapine in the Item Manager enqueued. Twice, I have not been granted the adventures from the food or the stats, but in differing ways. From my logs http://pastebin.com/2X1HrDmG and http://pastebin.com/v7XC9hK7 . Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

You definitely used it in the second, Jumping Horseradish stats are 15-20, you gained 37-60, and also doubled the duration of Kicked in the Sinuses to 100.
The first one looks like you started a fight before the eating of the robin flan completed, maybe there was some lag ?
