There is finally an easy solution for that if you have a VIP Lounge key: Hot Dogs! Fast deleveling for NO cost. (No cost in meat OR in fullness. If you are at full fullness, you can eat them to delevel 2[sup]n-1[/sup] substats. Where n is the number you've eaten since being full.)

You need to have enough offstats to eat more hot dogs to lose stats, so it's actually a bit difficult to even use them to get that low.
