Bug - Fixed Closeting more than maxint meat fails

My meat closeting task is starting to behave weirdly. My goal is to keep 6M on hand and put the rest in closet, but it's been failing since my meat on hand passed 2^31-1:

> jsl myMeat() - 6_000_000

Returned: 2275061241

> jsl putCloset(2275061241)

Placing meat into closet...
Transfer failed for Meat Gained: -2,019,906,055
Returned: false

When going through the relay browser UI, it's working fine:

You put 2,275,061,241 Meat in your closet.

Hopefully fixed in r28075, can you try? I don't have enough meat.
