Not too big of an issue as the account I'm having the issues with will be done with BM soon enough, but it's kind of a pain.
The account has Clip Art, in addition to Sugar & Stickers, but while my other account with Clip Art can "see" the Clip Art creatables in the Item Manager, by account that's in aftercore from a BM run can't, though I can still cast Summon Clip Art, whether through my Bookshelf or Skills.
