Bug - Fixed cargo monsters cannot be Nostalgic

If you fight a monster by picking them via a cargo pocket, Mafia marks them as the "feelNostalgicMonster" but they are not eligible.

I should have been more explicit. r20745 (Make cultist shorts monsters as NOCOPY) handles half the problem.
The other half is that ANY monster fought via a cargo pocket - such as a Mountain Man fought via cargo 565, cannot be copied and cannot be Nostalgic
