how would i check? if i do have a relay override it isn't something i remember doing. (for the record doing prefref masterRelayOverride yields nothing, if that's the right way to check)
i do have some greasemonkey scripts running, but i havent installed anything new lately and i don't recall having issues buying skills. That said, i'll turn off greasemonkey the next time I need to buy a skill and I'll see what happens because perhaps that's it.

yep looks like a greasemonkey thing. i signed in with a multi and could buy a skill with greasemonkey off. please set this to Not a Bug and thanks for making me think a little.
