Bug - Fixed BURTs are pickpocket-able.

Suppose it's been marked this way the whole time, but... SVN change 11549 made me notice the data files were off.

BURTs aren't no-pickpocket. Because I distinctly remember mentally noting that the best way to take care of the bugbear scientists with the quantum webbing is to pickpocket first to get the BURT and only THEN to throw the web. Example combat from Theraze, 2012/07/27.
