As stated above, I was unable to run the breakfast command in the CLI in 13617, but reverting back to 13616 fixed it.

13619. For future reference, copy-pasting the error message (in this case "Unable to invoke breakfast") can be helpful.

Wasn't thinking. Trying to do this with a two month old passed out on my shoulder. Thanks for the quick fix!
