Try moving the JAR or EXE to another folder without the old data files. I don't think that's the problem, but it's an easy test. After that, I'd start on Java, Windows, certificates, firewall, and software versions.

I VPNed to a different country and the file was able to update. I think the routing is screwed up somewhere.

The script is trying to equip actual reality goggles and breaks the maximizer. I couldn't find how to exclude them from the script other than manually editing the maximizer strings with a -equip. I don't know if there is an easier way to do this.

Thanks for the script. It's going into my login script right now. I've only modified it to use the maximizer instead of pregenerated outfits. I'll be taking a look at your Conspiracy Island script too.
