Could you check your autobasement settings (zlib autobasement) so ghat there isn't any familiar settings that mess with things?

WHAM does currently not take advantage of the curses. I was about to look into it when suddenly all my time disappeared in a second kid and it never happened.

There is a setting in the BCA Relay script to not use the built-in Myst-CCS. ETA: Fun fact, the BCA consult script was the basis I used to start WHAM :)

It looks like your BCA is using the builtin combat consulting rather than WHAM though...

Well, it is recommended to set up a Custom Combat Script that can handle all combats. I myself use WHAM, but then I am a bit biased since I wrote it :)

You will need to eating and drinking yourself or setup some kind of wrapper script around BCA and Eatdrink. But other than that it'll go perfectly well, especially in a non-pathed HC run.
