Was in the middle of a HC Seal Clubber run, decided to try this out. I notice it seems to be attempting to make a /lot/ of sausages; is meat really so worthless in HC that it's a good idea to make all 23 of them? Tangential suggestion, wouldn't it be better to eat sausages as you need refills...
Genie is offering "Tainted Love Potion" for moxie, but this appears to be blacklisted. Also, for the benefit of anyone else who ends up here and wants to modify their own list: the blacklist is in KoLMafia\relay\choice.1267.ash
Being able to name multiple familiars the same thing and then do... something... was one of the vague things that came to mind. Presumably some usage case for randomly choosing a familiar from a user-specific set. Most of the specific examples I can think of are already possible by just...
If they cared enough to submit a bug report, then not responding to the thread once a dev has attempted to fix it means one of two things: it's fixed, or they stopped playing. In the latter case, if nobody else responds either, then it likely wasn't a bug worth fixing.
For future reference, Notepad++ has a 'Find in Files' option that would eliminate the need to put together a regex query. I use it regularly when I need to find something in my mafia logs.
I do not appear to have a monsters.txt, only the mskc_mp_monsters.txt that Manuel Progress uses to denote special circumstance monsters. Perhaps that is what was causing some of my issues? I would expect there to have been much larger consequences of having no list of monsters at all, but I am...
I assumed that since scripts like Manuel Progress and similar attempt to note things like wanderer, boss, semirare and other potential special conditions, but rely on users to help them fill out the missing entries, that they were working off their own database. I would not expect the...
Well, there is more than one script attempting to provide that information, so at least it wouldn't be difficult to fill out the majority of the entries.
I believe it was determined that whether or not those zones are unlocked factors into which ghosts you get from the proton pack? I could be mistaken, though.
Since it looks like the consensus is that the current behavior (if can funksling and have two of the asked for item, use both) is most desired, I'd like to suggest something else:
When you want to specifically only use one of an item, supply a blank or "" or something in the ccs like such...
According to the iotm thread on the kol forums the output is spaded up to 5 days, and it matches with the description given on the podcast. The only thing we don't know yet is where it stops, but the images indicate it either doesn't grow past 6 days or transforms into something a la the bone...
Forgive me if this has already been addressed somewhere else, but given that it appears this garden doesn't have a linear progression of harvest yield, will Mafia be getting a setting for breakfast to only harvest if the garden is at max yield? I understand this won't be helpful for those who...
I haven't used frosty mugs, so I wasn't aware of the significance of it restoring your HP before attempting to drink. That said, you have now provided significantly more information that is likely going to be helpful in determining the root of the issue.
If Mafia isn't noting anything in the session log, then it's likely this is a bug on KoL's side. First step here would be to confirm whether or not it still happens when you're not running Mafia.
In all honesty, considering how many options the timespinner gives that are mutually exclusive with using it to eat, it's probably not worth the effort to have a full-on analysis. I can see having the option to just automatically use it to make food items last longer(especially in ronin/HC)...
Right now, if you attempt to auto-adventure with 0 adventures remaining, Mafia seems to interpret it as a request to adventure 0 times in the selected area and then says 'Requests complete.' I would like there to be a failure message and the sidebar to turn red, as with any other failure to...
I would like to put forth that, as area-unlockers, whether or not it is /optimal/ to get them in any particular run, they deserve to be there as goals. Especially so when a particular path makes them the sole way to unlock an area.
