I got the same thing happening to me. Thought i had just hit the wrong button.

I figured this out yesterday (actually i just remembered) when i was trying to send all my bricks to my Arrowbot with no avail. Spent >20 min. trying to figure out what happened to my bricks.

If you want to do this you have to use the same files, by saving everything on a flash drive, or synchronizing across multiple computers using dropbox
