Removing saved login?

OK, so I've deleted one of my multis (well, everything but anyway), and now I'd like to remove the name from the drop-down login name list when I start KoLMafia...

How do I do this? How do I permanently remove a name from the drop-down login name list on the KoLMafia start screen?

I've tried selecting the name, then toggling "save password". That works for that invocation, but the next time I call KoLMafia it has the name listed.

I've also tried removing the vars_NAME.txt from the data directory - no luck there either.

Delete <username>_prefs.txt from the 'settings' directory, with mafia not running. That file you deleted from 'data' was just zlib's script variables, not anything that mafia itself uses.
