Most of them, anyway. The Wiki claims that the following are still available:

The General Store
Mr. Store
The Cake-Shaped Arena
The Crackpot Mystic's Shed
The Untinker's Cottage
The Bounty Hunter Hunter's Shack
Degrassi Knoll General Store
The Gift Shop

Other shops - Armory & Leggery, for example - are not there.
No Doc Galaktik. No Gourds or Artist.

The Plunger is gone - but he left his plunger. I have not tried to see if that will obviate meat paste.
No Muscle Gym inside the Knoll.
Innabox is gone.

There's no pasting without meat paste. I guess the bit about him leaving his plunger is just flavor text. It must be too complicated for a zombified adventurer to figure out.
 
Canadian stores are all closed as well. MCD still works, didn't check the two adventuring zones, but none of the other LC bits are open.
Also on the Knoll, the mushroom shop, mayor, and so on are all gone.

Brawl in the Tavern in closed, can't adventure there. Bart Ender doesn't sell beer. SLG doesn't sell goofballs. Pool Table is unavailable.

Still get 3 flagons of swill on finishing the Level 3 quest, but that's it.

Mafia is telling me it cant detect the result when i try to meatpaste stuff, and the stuff isn't getting meatpasted. I'm using 11396.

I suspect this is the issue, but it doesn't look like a debug report got made.

I had to *shudder* make the meatcar manually.

But props on getting the infectious bite in quick. I was happy I could make my CCS immediately after updating.
 
The Shore, the Knob Dispensary, and Bugbear Bakery (for all the good that one will do) still work normally.

Well, if you want to make pies you will need to use that one, even in a gnoll-sign, since the bakery in the gnoll hill is non-functional
 
Gnomads camp is completely empty, excepting MCD. Even the Gnomart is bare. Thugnderdome is empty as well. Guess I won't be doing another zombie Gnome ascension... :)

And why would one want to make pies? That's why he commented "for all the good that one will do." The only purpose of a pie is to fatten up braaaaains.

There's a KoL bug right now where if you're overdrunk and you click on the Quiet Corner where the Brawl used to be, you still get sent to a Drunken Stupor, which still costs an adventure. Gemelli said: "I'll add this to the list -- it may take some time to get to it, so in the meantime, don't click there :)". So if any KoLmafia devs felt like preventing people from wasting an adventure, there's an opportunity right there. I'm speculating now, but I bet the same bug exists in the Thugnderdome and any other places (are there any others?) where adventure content got replaced by non-adventure text.

I believe Veracity has said in the past that she doesn't like placing specific workarounds in KoLmafia for known KoL bugs. I don't know where the other devs stand on this.
 
Revision 11399 teaches KoLmafia that the Plunger, Innabox, and Knoll Muscle Gym are unavailable in Zombiecore.
 
If anyone is going to visit the Untinker for the first time in a Zombiecore run, I'd appreciate it if you'd save the HTML from the page, so I can insert the appropriate navigation link to Degrassi Knoll. I already did this for the text for a subsequent visit.

While the Hermit is gone, visiting him gives a free clover.
The Hermit appears to have rolled up his filthy carpet and left for greener pastures.
You poke around in the corners of the cave for a bit, and find a patch of grass near the entrance, with a single disassembled clover growing in it. So that's where he gets them!

You acquire an item: disassembled clover [use multiple]


Back to the Big Mountains
Not sure (yet) if this is once per day, or per ascension, but Mafia should probably grab the free clover as part of breakfast even if the user has elected not to purchase clovers.
 
My clovers have been increasing by once per day (I have "get clovers" as part of my breakfast) so I think it is once per day rather than per ascension.
 
Wiki agrees with you. Though I disagree with its level 2 and 3 hunters... I think they're actually the level 1 and 2 hunters, and the zombie huntin' feller (who isn't mentioned on the wiki at all) is the level 3 hunter. :) But yeah, Wiki says that clovers are once per day. Since they're completely free, I think if you collect breakfast...
