Bug - Fixed Vote +2 famxp not recognized by modtrace

Today my two local effects are +2 famxp and +30% pants drop.
Familiar xp wasn't being counted when doing modtrace familiar exp, while pants drop +30% properly appears under the Local Vote heading.
