Feature - Implemented Unticking 'memento' item box doesn't add missing items to consuption helper.

Unticking "Prevent accidental destruction of 'memento' items" doesn't add missing items to the consumption helpers. Apparently adding items to the memento list does NOT remove them from the queue either.

One of my clannies was suggesting that when "mementoListActive" is changed , the item queue needs to be told to refresh.

I've mentioned elsewhere that adding/removing memento items does not refresh concoctions. It's a nontrivial thing to code (and concoctions are otherwise refreshed very frequently) so it's super low priority.
