I have debugFoxtrotRemoval=true so this might be the wrong place to report this.
Normally, the character logs in, does not do breakfast directly but does do breakfast in a login script. The trace seems to have been generated early in the process, however, possibly before the script was run. It left mafia in an error state so I shut down mafia and restarted and everything worked as expected.
Note that both "Unexpected errors" occurred the first time I ran.
