Feature - Implemented Track opening Belowdecks

Once a pirate, always a pirate. A pirate with a password. Which happens to be swordfish. It's always swordfish.

Apparently Jick has added something about this to the quest log:

questM12Pirate I Rate, You Rate
Oh, and also you've managed to scam your way belowdecks, which is cool.

We just need to dynamically update that when you give the password...

r14314 Added additional step to pirate quest, so getting fledges is now step 6, and opening Belowdecks is Finished. Reading of step 6 from quest log and setting to finished with Swordfish is untested.

r14324 fixes this. Somehow the quest log wasn't updated, but it didn't work anyway, as the final text matches step 6 also, so had to hard code it. Tested.
