New Content - Implemented Spaghetti Breakfast requirement changed

Looks like KoL has fixed Spaghetti Breakfast so it only works if it's the first thing eaten, rather than if at 0 fullness.

I found this today by trying to eat two Spaghetti Breakfast after a Distention Pill.

I don't however know if you're just restricted to only having Spaghetti Breakfast once or if you can't eat it after a Fortune Cookie, say.

Can someone try and verify this ?

Would basically determine whether we just set a _foodEaten preference when you eat or a _spaghettiBreakfastEaten preference when you eat Spaghetti Breakfast, and use that as an extra check on how many Spaghetti Breakfast you can eat.
 
I've implemented this (12522) under the assumption that it's specifically a check of eating multiple spaghetti breakfasts. If eating anything makes it impossible to eat one, then it won't be too hard to update that again. Someone else will have to test that since my summons are going straight to my DC.
