Equip them in mafia, doesn't decrease Encounter rate or ML in the character info pane. Doesn't show bonuses when selected either.
This used to work as expected.
Currently using v17.3 r16977 with Java x64 version 8 update 91 (build 1.8.0_91-b14) on Windows 7.
