In Kolmafia v17.2, r16776 and r16777.jar (as well as v17.2.exe), when using a Rockin' Robin in a Buddy Bjorn or Crown of Thrones, Mafia does not recognize the 15 percent increase to item drops. My outfit for Item Drops gives me +289.44 percent with either the Li'l Xenomorph, Feral Kobold, or Adventurous Spelunker in the Buddy Bjorn (tested all three). With the Rockin' Robin, or just an empty Buddy Bjorn, Item Drops go down to +274.44.
I've been farming Maps to Safety Shelter Grimace Prime in Grimacia, and didn't notice a difference when using the Robin/Bjorn. According to Mafia though, the 15 percent decrease only means a one percent decrease for map drops, from 38 percent to 37. I'm not sure if the Robin is working, and the numbers just aren't showing it or if something is wrong and Mafia isn't recognizing the Robin. I can't test it any further today because I already over-drank.
On another note, I tested the Rockin' Robin as my active familiar, and the Item Drop percentage was the same as all of my other Fairy-Type familiars of similiar weight, so that is working.
