Feature Reduce server hits on florist command

On successive visits to the friars there is an unnecessary server hit. Only the first one needs to initiate the base florist choice adventure.

I suggest that the solution is to skip the first visit to The Florist Friar's Cottage if lastEncounter property reveals it was just visited. At least I hope that would be a solution since this does look excessive...
