Feature - Implemented Raffle House

Two new items. And it costs 10,000 Meat to play, not 1,000 Meat.

We have raffle tickets hardcoded at 1,000 Meat each, even though the response tells us exactly how much we spent:

raffle.php?action=buy&pwd&where=0&quantity=1

raffle ticket You acquire an item: raffle ticket
Meat You spent 10,000 Meat.

Processing result: Meat Gained: -1,000
You acquire raffle ticket
Processing result: raffle ticket

Bump. Any reason why we don't use MallPurchaseRequest.MEAT_PATTERN in more places?

Still happening in v17.2 r16778 (I thought I was getting cheap raffle tickets until I checked my meat before & after buying one )

r16818 sets this to 10000 meat.

If someone wants to parse it instead they can.
