Bug - Cannot Reproduce r9922-Louvre choice not working

I have the Louvre set to go automatically to "Boost Mysticality" and "Use specified goal" When it hits the NC, it gives me this:

Choice 548 is "Behind Closed Doors" from the Sorority house, specifically, the Necbromancer.
