This version seems to have made Mafia forget I had the liver of steel effect so it thought I only had 14 max Drunkeness when it should be 20. This suggests it also forgot that I have the effect that gives me one extra drunkeness from the Neverending party skill.
Edit: a restart fixed it, I don't know if it was just a fluke or not. I manually "overdrank" to the usual 20 max drunkeness and when I restarted it was showing the regular maximum again.
