Bug - Fixed r12288 - Faxbot don't like relay chat

While attempting to fax in a Gnollish crossdresser (don't judge me!) using the faxbot GUI, mafia failed to recognize when faxbot actually responded when I had the relay browser's chat open. After 60 seconds it timed out. However, the relay browser's chat showed the reply from chatbot and I manually got my fax.

Mafia doesn't support new chat yet. Switch back to older chat for now if you want that to work.
