Bug - Fixed r10451 twinkly wad usage from item manager(spleen) isn't working

So I queued up 3 twinkly wads to use from the item manager:

I see this in the CLI

Using 3 twinkly wad...
Finished using 3 twinkly wad.

and my spleen number in mafia increases from 12 to 15

but then I don't have any adventures, and if I go to the relay
browser and use 3 twinkly wads there, they get consumed
and now mafia reports I have used 18/15 spleen.

So somehow they aren't actually consumed anymore.
