ckb Minion Staff member Nov 23, 2016 #1 upon completing questESpClipper, it is not correctly set to "finished" or reset to "unstarted" > refresh quests does not reset it. Using the radio on Conspiracy Island does not reset it. I have no military-grade fingernail clippers in my inventory.
