Feature Pulverize helper shouldn't list upgrade when not avilable

In hardcore non-muscle class runs, upgrading powder to nuggets and nuggets to wads is not available. (No Malus access and can't receive items from Wadbot).

I've loved the pulverization interface ever since I discovered it. This would remove a little visual clutter in some circumstances, making it even better.

I'd like to be able to toggle the inclusion of upgradeables. I don't think I use the helper to upgrade at all.
