Bug - Fixed [planks] link is missing a parameter

When you get your dinghy plans at the beach, KoLmafia gives a link to [planks]. That link is missing a parameter. It says autoworthless=on&action=trade&quantity=1&whichitem=140&pwd. Unfortunately it is missing autopermit=on which makes it less convenient than it should be.

 

[Veracity]

Simply adding that parameter will not work, since the current code only works with one of autopermit and autoworthless. I'll adjust it to work with both.

Revision 8759 supposedly makes both work together and includes both actions in the "planks" link.

Edit: untested, although I have verified that autoworthless, at least, still works.
