New Content - Implemented New combatmacro predicates

I didn't find this in other threads so ...
CDM added new predicates to match character class (possibly spawned by the skill revamp making several skills behave differently based on class - for example, entangling noodles no longer stun when you are a seal clubber).
They should probably be added to our combat macro verifier (in macrohelper.1.js), so macros with them do not show warnings.
Here they are:

turtletamer
pastamancer
sauceror
discobandit
accordionthief
