Bug - Fixed Modifier maximizer tries to use both Juju Mojo Mask and V for Vivala Mask

The modifier maximizer tries to use both the Juju Mojo mask and the V for Vivala mask in outfits when maximizing for Muscle - this is problematic for any attempt to maximize muscle with both in inventory. It also causes autobasement.ash to fail since it attempts to build several custom outfits for stat tests using the modifier maximizer.

Alas, the modifier maximizer just complains about not having the item I'm trying to equip if I closet my Juju Mojo mask.

This bug continues in the latest build (r8798). However, using the workaround, I can closet one and Mafia's maximizer no longer barfs.
