Feature - Implemented maximizing spell crit percent

So you can modtrace spell crit, but for some reason I can't maximize it. This would be a great feature.

Modtrace does a different kind of match than the maximizer. This is very useful and powerful, but it is also confusing at times.

The column title in the results of modtrace will always work for the maximizer. Marking this Implemented since you can maximize that value.
