Bug - Fixed maximizer wants to use skeleton buddies when you don't have skeletons

So I noticed when maximizing "mysticality experience" in Jarlsberg hardcore, that the maximizer always recommends skeleton buddies even if I have no skeletons and my patch has already been picked.
Just posting this because it's fooling around with maximizer week.
