Ive notice since putting together my "stoopersuit" of new standard gear, that mafia was having a hard time overdrinking.
Figured out it was due to the (preferences - General - Item Acquisition) setting that automatically equips the Mafia Pinky Ring wass replacing the accessory slot that is increasing my liver size.
IDK the logic for auto pinky-ring, if it is just hard-coded for acc slot 1? If so I guess my easy workaround is just to make sure angelbone chopsticks are in slot 1 instead of devilbone rosary or angelbone dice.
If mafia ran a check for organ-embiggening gear and targeted replacing stomach gear when pinky ringing, that could be nifty.
