Feature Mafia not recognizing pocket familiars as standard

Hello all,

The pocket familiars path has now been reconfigured to accept the pokegarden as standard for the path. Unfortunately mafia does not recognize any of the path-specific familiars as standard and the ash have_familiar function returns as false for all pocket familiars.

This is because KoL isn't reporting them as being allowed for this path at standard.php. I'll see if they'll update it on their end and if not we can consider special casing them on the mafia end
