Bug Report:
If a Kmail is deleted by a script, reloading the Kmail page does not show that the mail was deleted. It still shows it in my inbox.
Hmm. I'm going to have to go ahead and call this a feature. KoL also deletes your messages after 2 weeks, and this script doesn't track those changes either. Think of it more of like an email client (e.g. Thunderbird/Outlook Express) than the real kmail inbox. After all, when you move a script into Trash via this script, what happens KoL-side? Nada. The entire premise of the script revolves around client-side management.
That said I could see there being use to a Sync button, for those that would like to keep their box more, idk, fresh?
