Bug - Fixed It's Always Round 0

Resolution: Turns out this was an artifact of having both combat action bar options enabled, but not "showing" that setting to Mafia so it could adjust. Viewing my settings has resolved the issue fully.

The combat history in my install of KOL Mafia is nuts. Every combat round ends with a repeat of round 0 messages and then then a notice that "KoLmafia thinks it is round 1 but KoL thinks it is round [actual round value]". I've provided a sample below and every fight in the log is like this. I've re-installed the wiki's recommended version of Java and downloaded a new Mafia Jar (r28424) within the last day to try to address this, but the issue persists.

The issue actually dates back a few months. It was easy to ignore during Crimbo, but had been a blight since I got back in for the new challenge path.
