Hermit "fish for a worthless item" and "buy a hermit permit" prompts missing
After the hermit revamp, his prompts that explain you either lack a hermit permit or a worthless thingamabob changed, meaning, as of KoLMafia r10995, the relay browser won't add in the links to automatically get one or the other.
So, I made a patch for your review that fixes it (I'm using it now in my own build), which should be attached to this post. I hope. If I did this right.
